We Provide a Transparent Proposal Unlike other contractors who dodge numbers, we believe in honest, upfront pricing. You’ll receive a detailed proposal that outlines materials, project scope, and costs, so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises—just clear, transparent pricing.

Once you’ve reviewed your proposal and are ready to move forward, we’ll finalize material and color selections, answer any remaining questions, and go over any details specific to your project. At this stage, we’ll also collect a down payment to secure materials and begin preparations for installation.

Let the Fun Begin! As soon as we have the green light from you, our team gets to work. First, we’ll pull the necessary permits, then our production team will start coordinating material deliveries, crew scheduling, and supplier logistics. Weather can play a role in scheduling, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Time for the Transformation! This is where the real magic happens. Our experienced installers will complete the work with precision and efficiency, ensuring everything meets the highest industry standards. We take job site cleanliness seriously and work hard to keep everything as organized as possible. Before our crews leave each day, they’ll conduct a thorough magnetic sweep to pick up any stray nails or debris.

No Delays, No Hassles We know that large projects can have multiple moving parts. That’s why we bill for each trade separately as work is completed. That means you’ll receive a separate invoice for each portion of your project (roof, siding, gutters, etc.), preventing unnecessary delays—so your roof isn’t held up because windows are on backorder. This keeps things running smoothly and efficiently for everyone involved.

Because Your Experience Matters Once your project is complete, we’ll make sure everything meets our high standards (and yours). You’ll receive an invitation for feedback because we truly care about your experience. If any questions arise after your project is finished, we’re always here to help.
