After several years in the roofing industry, our founder, Misty Flannery, recognized that for most roofing companies, the human element of this business was getting lost in the constant pursuit of business growth. While many business owners continued to prosper, their employees and clients were being left behind. Misty felt compelled to create a company that was committed to giving our team members, clients, and community the appreciation and the first class service that they deserved.
